Sales and Returns Policy

By accessing our website, the Customer agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions as well as the rules of use contained therein.

 

IMPORTANT!
 Be careful when washing garments. Although they have a similar durability to normal serigraphy, wash them as delicate clothes, with cold water and without detergents that spoil the designs, as it is normal, after being washed they lose their guarantee.

 

1. SUPPLY OF PRODUCTS

The products indicated in the Customer’s order confirmation will be supplied in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

 

4. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

The price of each product will be clearly stated in the online store. The price and conditions of the products offered may vary over time, but in any case, for a particular order, the price and conditions that were indicated when the Customer placed the order will always apply. We reserve the right to charge the order from the moment of its receipt. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products. Shipping costs are to be borne by the Customer and will be added to the total amount of the selected products. The Customer can consult at any time the amount of the shipping costs in the shopping cart, before confirming the order and finalizing the contracting process.

5. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The Customer should note that orders will be shipped within the limits of available stock. If one of the items ordered is not in stock, we undertake to send the Customer an email as soon as possible (from the date on which the order was placed) to inform him/her of the date on which we will be able to ship his/her product(s).

 

6. PAYMENT OF THE PRODUCTS

Our main payment methods are PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer. Please note that the payment methods offered may vary depending on the country of destination. Once all items have been added to the cart, all available payment methods will be displayed. For online payments made by credit/debit card, the ‘Secure Socket Layer’ (SSL) security system is used to encrypt banking information on the network.

 

7. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS

When placing an order, the Customer can choose his delivery option once all items have been added to the basket. The order will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer when placing his order. To ensure the safe delivery of the package, the courier company requires a signature to confirm that the delivery has been successfully completed. In case the package cannot be delivered due to any reason, such as incorrect address, absent recipient, package refusal, etc., the package will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that we can only refund the price of the product paid, once the package has arrived back to our warehouse. The Customer will receive the refund of the product price paid by the same payment method used when placing the order. In this case, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

 

9. RETURN OF PRODUCTS AND WITHDRAWAL

If the Customer is not satisfied with the product he/she has purchased, he/she may return the product to us and obtain a refund of the price of the returned product within 14 days of delivery of the products. The return costs will be borne by the buyer in any case (except for defects in the garment, in which case the costs will be borne by La Pescadería Studio).
On the other hand, only unused items will be accepted. Once the goods are returned to our warehouse and after checking the condition of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made by the customer.

 

10. REVIEWS AND COMMENTS

The adventure vans way allows the Customer to leave reviews, comments and questions about products for sale in our online store. We regularly monitor this content and reserve the right to remove, reject or edit it at any time. By submitting information to our website such as a review, a technical question about a product or a comment about service, the Customer understands that what they have submitted is not copyrighted and they are allowing it to appear in our online store.

 

11. OBLIGATIONS OF EL CAMINO ADVENTURE VANS AND THE CUSTOMER

El camino adventure vans undertakes to make available to the Customer all necessary information relating to products and orders. The way adventure vans does not guarantee the execution of the present conditions in case of force majeure, in case of fault of the Customer or an unforeseeable event by a person outside the contract. The Customer undertakes to fill in the order forms and their fields according to the instructions indicated. The way adventure vans will protect the data in accordance with the law. The Customer also agrees to pay the price of the product, including taxes and shipping costs. The adventure vans trail is not responsible for any consequences that may result from improper use of the products sold in its online stores.
