As a general rule the pick up time for the vans is from 16:00 on the first day of the reservation and the return time is before 12:00 on the last day of the reservation.

That said, we know that life is not an exact science, and that’s why we are quite flexible. If you need to pick up or return at a different time, ask us and we will do our best to adjust.

Sure! The pick up or drop off service at the airport has a cost of 30 euros. If you choose both, the total cost is 50 euros.

Kitchen. gas stove with a gas cartridge included, pot, frying pan, 2 dinner plates, 2 bowls, 2 cups, cutlery, cutting board, electric refrigerator.

Bedding. mattresses, sheets, blanket, thermal blanket, pillows, pillow covers.

Extra equipment. blackout blinds for windows, fire extinguisher, 12v and USB sockets, electric outdoor shower, chairs and camping table, side hood.

The furry ones are welcome although it has an additional cost of 50 euros per reservation because after each trip with them we have to make a special anti allergens cleaning in case the next people traveling have some kind of allergy to animal hair.

It would be nice but no, we prefer that each person eats what they want. However, you´ll find some cooking basics such as olive oil, salt and coffee.

Yes, the vans are delivered with a full tank and you must return it with a full tank.

Since each van has a comprehensive insurance with an excess of 600 euros, we ask for this amount as a deposit.

This way, if there is a mishap and the cost of the accident exceeds 600 euros, you will lose the deposit but you will not have to pay more. If the mishap is minor:  you forget to fill the gas tank, clean the van, etc., we will deduct the necessary amount from the deposit.

Our insurance authorizes us to accept drivers of any age as long as they have more than two years of driving license.

Of course, you can drive as far as you want. Nevertheless, the reservation includes 100 kms per day. You can increase the kilometer package to 200km for only 5 euros per day or unlimited for 10 euros per day.
